Entertainment only — no advice
Topper is a social prediction game for bragging rights. It is not sports-tip advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to put money on a match. Nothing on the site is a representation that Topper is lawful where you are.
Not a real-money wager
Match Points have no cash, prize, or goods value. They cannot be bought or cashed out. We do not operate a real-money exchange and we do not accept wagers. Using Topper to arrange a real-money side bet is banned. If you do it anyway, that conduct — and every civil or criminal result of it — is yours, not ours.
Your law, your consequences
You alone are responsible for whether a social, no-money prediction game is allowed where you live. If it is not, leave. Any investigation, charge, fine, penalty, or lawsuit that follows your use is your burden. We do not appear for you, pay for you, or accept fault for you.
No civil or criminal responsibility for others
A contract cannot wipe out a criminal statute, and this page does not try to. It does record that Topper is not liable for any civil claim or any criminal or regulatory consequence arising from what you, another user, or a third party does with or around the product — including off-platform cash games, abuse, or reliance on a number you saw here.
The release, indemnity, and liability cap in the Terms apply to this Disclaimer as if restated here.
Odds, scores, and settlement can be wrong
Live odds come from a third-party feed we only read. Scoreboard text comes from another third-party source. Either can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Markets can suspend, void, abandon, or resettle. Do not treat a number on Topper as official, as advice, or as a promise of rank. We are not liable for those errors.
